About VisaForge

VisaForge was founded on a single conviction: accurate, actionable immigration intelligence should not require a five-figure legal consultation or a subscription to a paywalled database. Remote professionals deserve the same quality of information available to multinational corporations — primary-sourced, rigorously verified, and free of charge.

Editorial Mission

VisaForge is an independent, editorially autonomous immigration intelligence platform. Our mission is to build and maintain the world's most comprehensive, most accurate, and most accessible digital nomad visa database — covering visa eligibility, effective tax rates, savings requirements, health insurance mandates, and pathways to permanent residency for every major destination globally.

Our editorial independence is absolute. We do not accept payments from destination governments, immigration law firms, or relocation service providers in exchange for favourable ranking, data modification, or editorial placement. Advertising revenue is generated exclusively through display advertising (Google AdSense / programmatic networks) and is operationally separate from the editorial and data team under a strict church-and-state firewall.

Where official government data contains known inaccuracies — for example, where a published income threshold has been superseded by a more recent gazette notice but not yet updated on the primary portal — we note the discrepancy explicitly in the relevant destination profile and cite both the outdated and the current authoritative source.

Global Immigration Data Verification Process

Every data point published by VisaForge is subject to a four-stage verification pipeline before it reaches production. No shortcut, no editorial override, and no commercial pressure exempts a dataset from this process.

01

Primary Source Retrieval

Every data point originates from an official government portal, national immigration authority website, or consulate-published document. We do not accept immigration aggregator blogs, forum posts, or unverified third-party summaries as primary sources under any circumstances.

02

Bilateral Treaty Cross-Reference

Income thresholds, tax rates, and Schengen access data are cross-referenced against the most recent version of the applicable Schengen Convention Implementing Regulation, OECD Model Tax Convention commentary, or bilateral tax treaty text. Where discrepancies exist between portal data and treaty text, we defer to the treaty.

03

Jurisdiction-Specific Legal Validation

Each dataset is reviewed by a contracted immigration law professional resident and practising in the relevant jurisdiction. Reviewers hold active licences with their national bar association or equivalent body and declare conflicts of interest before acceptance.

04

Quarterly Review & Automated Flagging

All destination datasets are subject to a quarterly review cycle. Our monitoring infrastructure tracks official government RSS feeds and gazette publications in 15 jurisdictions. When a regulatory change is detected, the relevant dataset is flagged for immediate re-verification before the next user-facing update is published.

Advertising & Commercial Disclosure

VisaForge is supported by display advertising. Pages may contain programmatic advertising units served by Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, or equivalent authorised networks. These advertisements are clearly labelled as “Advertisement” and are served based on contextual relevance and user behaviour signals in accordance with applicable GDPR and CCPA consent frameworks.

VisaForge does not participate in affiliate marketing programmes with immigration law firms, visa application services, or relocation providers. Any future commercial partnerships will be fully disclosed in a dedicated Partnership Disclosure page and will not affect the data or editorial content of the platform.

Advisory Disclosure — Important

VisaForge provides information strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this platform — including but not limited to the Visa Finder tool, the Destination Comparison Matrix, the Knowledge Hub guides, or any other content — constitutes legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or immigration advice within the meaning of any applicable professional regulation in any jurisdiction.

VisaForge is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or regulated financial services provider. No solicitor–client, barrister–client, or attorney–client relationship is formed by use of this platform. No qualified privilege attaches to any communication made through the contact form or by email.

Immigration regulations, visa eligibility criteria, income thresholds, savings requirements, and tax rates are highly jurisdiction-specific, change frequently without notice, and depend substantially on an individual's nationality, employment status, family circumstances, and prior immigration history. VisaForge makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, or current relevance of any data point. Data is verified as of Q1 2026 and is subject to change.

You must obtain independent legal and tax advice from a qualified professional licensed in both your origin jurisdiction and your intended destination before making any relocation, visa application, or tax planning decision.
